"Papple" Pie with Peach Brandy Sauce

Peach and apple pies.....hence the name papple! lol crazy yeah I know....but they were tasty especially with the brandy sauce.





The apples and peaches were cut and put in the mini pots then covered with a layer of pastry crust.

The sauce is a simple brown sugar, butter, and brandy sauce with the addition of some of the left over peach juice. Aren`t the bubbles fantastic! I love them!



We had the pies with lattes. Yum! Notice the chocolate heart on the latte. Pretty sweet eh!
